Clients can Select their own Crew

Choosing the right crew for the job is one of the most important decisions you can make as a client. A skilled and experienced crew can help to ensure that your job is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. But how can clients choose their own crew when selecting a job ? Here are some tips:

  • Determine your job requirements: Before you start selecting a crew, you need to have a clear understanding of your job requirements. This includes things like the scope of the job, the timeline, the budget, and the specific skills and experience required for the crew. By having a clear understanding of your job, you can better identify the crew members who are a good fit for your job.
  • Research potential crew members: When selecting a crew, it’s important to do your research to ensure that you are working with skilled and experienced professionals. This can include things like reviewing their portfolios, checking their references, and reading reviews from past clients. Look for crew members who have experience working on similar jobs and who have a track record of delivering high-quality work.
  • Consider compatibility: In addition to skills and experience, it’s important to consider compatibility when selecting a crew. Look for crew members who will work well with your team and who share your same goals and values. This can help to ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal and can help to prevent conflicts from arising.
  • Evaluate the crew’s performance regularly: As the job progresses, it’s important to evaluate the crew’s performance regularly to ensure that they are meeting your expectations. This can include things like checking in with them regularly, providing feedback, and addressing any issues that arise. If you find that a crew member is not performing up to your standards, it’s important to address the issue as soon as possible to prevent it from impacting the job.
  • Contact support@personnelmanager.com.au if you want to choose your own crew. When setting is enabled, you will be able to choose crew members based on your requirements. Log in to the Client Portal, click Add Job and fill out the job details.

Tick Allow (Client) to confirm crew on the last page of the Job Booking page. The shifts will be on Auto Scheduler once the Job has been created and the client has ticked Allow (Client) to confirm crew.

Once the job has been created,  then the shifts will be on Auto Scheduler.

The crew will receive the offer in the Crewcard app, but instead of an Accept Job button, they will see an APPLY button. Once the crew has tapped the Apply button, they will be directed to the Apply Message window, where they can enter their message and then submit their application.

On the job details page of the client app, clients will notice orange buttons for shifts. Clients can view and select the crew members who are matched with the job requirements. This could potentially streamline the process and make it easier for clients to find the right crew members for their jobs.

By following these tips, clients can choose their own crew and ensure that they are working with a team that is skilled, experienced, and compatible with the job goals and values. Remember, choosing the right crew is crucial to the success of the job, so take the time to select the right team members for the job.
