The New Shift Booking Status Panel in CrewCard

Managing shift offers is now easier, clearer and more actionable with CrewCard’s enhanced Shift Booking Status panel. Designed to give you full oversight of the booking process — whether you’re using the manual or automated scheduler — this powerful update allows you to see, manage and respond to shift offer activity in real time.

What's Changed?

Previously, the Shift Booking Status only offered a basic message log, simply showing who received the offer and whether it was sent via SMS, Email or App. While functional, it didn’t give enough context around how the offer was made or how the system was behaving. Now, the new panel breaks down the entire shift offer lifecycle in real-time.

Now, it’s a comprehensive control panel that lets you:

  • Track outgoing offers
  • Monitor responses
  • Take real-time actions
  • Understand how and when shifts are triggered and completed

This update supports both Scheduler-based offers and Job Offer flows, displaying information clearly under each booking type, such as:

  • Scheduler (Manual and Auto)
  • Job Offer (Offer Message, Same and Multi)

Timeout Setting

The Timeout field shows how long the system will wait before auto-confirming or ending a shift offer run. This value is pulled directly from the settings. It gives you precise control over the pacing of offers and prevents bottlenecks caused by unresponsive crew.

Enhanced Scheduler Settings Overview

The left panel now includes detailed information on:

  • Job ID and Shift ID
  • Created On timestamp
  • Auto-Run After and Next Run At
  • Filter Type (e.g., rank-based)
  • Staff Interval & Range — showing how many staff are contacted per cycle and what range is being used

This ensures that administrators and managers can easily track how the shift was configured and when the next scheduling action is expected.

Offer Run Status

In the Offer Run Status panel, you’ll find time-stamped records of when each offer went out, who it was sent to and the intervals set for both SMS and App acceptance. This helps you track the progress of each offer batch, especially useful when auto-offering shifts to a ranked list of crew.

Improved Message Logs with Response Tracking

One of the most useful additions is the Message Logs, which now not only show who the offer was sent to and how, but also track the outcome whether it was cancelled, replied to or still pending. This provides you with a live snapshot of each offer’s current status, helping you make immediate scheduling decisions without second guessing.

Real-Time Scheduling Controls

The Popup also provides real-time actions like cancel scheduling or confirm, you can take control of an offer from within the same panel without having to exit or to return to another screen.

Together, these improvements give you a smarter, clearer and more proactive way to manage your shift offers. You’ll know exactly who’s been contacted, how they were reached, if they’ve responded and what the next step is.
