Clients may add their supervisors as another sub level to their own access.
For example, a client may have 20 jobs running, managed by four supervisors. These supervisors can log into the app with their own access to manage their crew onsite.
In many cases this is beneficial as it is the supervisors who are working onsite while the client user may be in an office booking agency staff.
In the case of account managers they may also have supervisors that they wish to provide access to the app to manage their crew on jobs.
Supervisor’s are invited from within Job Sheets in the Supervisor column. Press the Invite icon and then select SMS or email or both as the means to offer the supervisor access to manage their jobs.
