The Registration / Induction form has settings options to display with your company or site information by default or to require the staff to add the site location for mobile jobs.
The Registration / Induction can be customised to include your company’s Toolbox Talk, Safe Work Method Statement and Covid-safe information in mobile responsive format.
Venue details such as Venue Name, Meeting Place, Staff Entry location, Emergency Meeting Point, Security Location, Restrooms Location, 1st Aid Location and other helpful info may be included and a map of the venue can be uploaded into the form.
Any venue, work site, office, mobile tradesperson, company or organisation can use the CrewCard Registration / Induction to log the details of all staff and visitors who have completed the form with the results sent via email to both the participant and yourself as Administrator as well as being saved in the CrewCard system for future access.
