Last-minute cancellations and urgent shift changes can happen at any time. To help you stay agile, CrewCard has introduced a powerful new feature on the Offer Messages page — the On-Call Filter.

This update gives you an efficient way to locate available crew and send out urgent shift offers in seconds, keeping your operations smooth even under pressure.

What Is the On-Call Feature?

The On-Call function allows crew members to mark themselves as available for immediate work. When they switch on their On-Call status in the CrewCard app, it signals that they’re ready to accept any last-minute or urgent job offers.

Whether you’re filling a cancellation or responding to a sudden client request, this feature helps you find the right people fast — without needing to scroll through the full crew list.

How the On-Call Filter Works ?

You’ll now see a new On-Call checkbox filter on the Offer Messages page.

When ticked, this filter displays only crew who currently have On-Call status active in their app. This allows you to:
 Instantly identify crew available for urgent work

  •  Send offers only to those who can respond immediately
  • Streamline last-minute scheduling with fewer clicks

 

Combined with CrewCard’s smart communication tools, you can fill gaps and confirm replacements faster than ever before.

Other New Filtering Enhancements

Alongside the On-Call Filter, we’ve added a few more updates to make assigning shifts more precise:

  • Exclude By additional filter item: A new dropdown filter item lets you exclude specific groups, including Blocked Crew, from receiving offers.

  • Preferred Crew Checkbox: Filter and view your top-rated team members to ensure quality placements.

  • On-Call Checkbox: Quickly locate and prioritise crew who are ready for immediate deployment.

Together, these improvements give you full control over who receives offers and when — helping you save time and maintain consistent service quality.
