CrewCard has introduced another layer of security to their software in order to prevent and address the ever growing need for privacy and safety in the digital world.
When signing in to a new device, an email is sent to the account registered to your profile. The email informs you that there has been a new sign-in. The warning message describes the device that was used to log in, and provides a link to change your password in the case that the new sign-in was not you.
Note: As this is a new feature, all devices will be considered as a new device. Therefore, you will receive an email warning when first signing in to your current devices.
If it was not you who had signed in to the new device, select Change Password. Once pressing the link, you will be taken to a page where your password can be reset.
