The Forms Matrix is a unique feature that contains all forms submitted by all user types. This provides an all-in-one location to store important documents and information. CrewCard has made this feature easily accessible, with the option to filter forms based on their category, date, form name and form type, providing specific results in a quick and easy manner. With the date, time, form type, form name, description, user type, reporter, details and review date, you will never lose a form, or manually sift through a clutter of documents again. Superusers can also easily edit each form, and view the file uploaded as they please. A review date function has been added in order to ensure that any forms requiring further action will be highlighted red when the due date of the action has been reached. Adding a form is as easy as selecting the Add New Form button and filling out the required fields.
