Managing staff documents through the app will make processes easier and quicker for admin.
Admin, clients and managers can access the CrewCard app to view all staff documents relevant to their jobs including proof of vaccinations, qualifications, high risk licenses and safety inductions. They even have the ability to email all of these documents as attachments within the app very easily.
If your client, a safety officer or venue security, requests the documents of all staff on a job, simply open the Documents page, select all, enter the email address and press send. They will receive an email with every document, induction and qualification attached and you can get back to doing your job.
