CrewCard enables you to communicate with your staff and create chat groups like social media platforms to engage with certain groups of your Crew Members, such as those working on specific jobs or in specific roles.
Click the Chat button in the header of the Admin Portal to open the Chat box in the bottom right of the screen then click on the Add Crew Icon to create a Chat Group. Enter a name for the new Chat Group and assign members to the group.
You are also able to message crew within the CrewCard app, and they will receive notifications every time you send them a message.
