In order to ensure safety and privacy for CrewCard users, we have introduced an extra layer of security. When logging into an account, users will have 4 chances at successfully entering their correct username and password. Once a user has attempted to log in 5 times with the incorrect details, the CrewCard software will block them from being able to log in for 15 minutes. This security measure has been implemented for the purpose of preventing brute force attacks. It also prevents the consistent guessing of passwords by intrudes who may attempt to gain access to accounts that do not belong to them.
