When sending out shift offers to staff, CrewCard automatically creates a list of available crew based on their location, availability, skillset and working status.
The list can also be ordered by important factors such as staff ratings and feedback, reliability, experience level and recent activity levels.
Using the Proximity button in the Scheduler, the list of available crew is re-ordered with those who reside closest to the job site at the top and those furthest away at the bottom of the list.
The Proximity feature makes it easier to get crew to accept shifts in out of the way places or for ASAP bookings by offering work to the closest staff first.
