The Client Files section is like a special folder in a client’s profile where you keep all their important stuff – documents, emails, notes, you name it. It’s like a central hub where everyone on your team can find what they need fast. From contracts to meeting notes, it holds everything related to that client.

How does it work?

Navigate to the client list page. From there, locate the specific client by clicking on the edit icon associated with their profile. Once you’re on the client’s profile page, find the section labeled “Client Overview”. Within this section, look for the option to access “Client Files.”

In the Client Files section, you’ll see a button labeled “Choose File.” Click on this button to select the file you want to upload from your computer or device.After selecting the file, you’ll have the opportunity to enter a description for it. Provide any relevant details or context in the description field.You can also set an expiry date for the file. This is useful for documents with a limited validity period, such as contracts or agreements.

Once you’ve uploaded the file, entered its description and optionally set the expiry date, save your changes. Look for a “Save Details”  button on the page to confirm the upload and update the client’s profile accordingly.
