Crew statistics in the crew profile provide a comprehensive overview of various metrics and data related to a crew member’s performance, activity, or achievements. These statistics offer valuable insights and allow for better assessment and management of the crew member’s performance.
To view their own statistics, crew members can simply navigate to their profile page and click on the stats icon.
A pop-up window will appear, displaying the crew member’s statistics, including their start date, total number of shifts, hours worked, and any instances of blowouts or exceeded expectations.
These statistics provide a snapshot of a crew member’s performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction levels.
